FILE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS & LINK

NOTE:  As a "best practice," we always recommend that in addition to uploading your file here, you bring your presentation with you to the conference on a CD which you can leave with us.

Plenary Session Presenters:

You may elect to submit your Power Point Presentation via our online file upload link.  If you choose to do so, please follow the instructions and use the "Speaker File Upload" link below to upload your files. If you do not pre-load your presentation, please bring it in on a CD that you can leave with us, labeled with your name and the date of your presentation.

Please name your file using the following naming convention:  "lastname_presentation day.pdf."   If you will be making more than one presentation on that day, please number them sequentially.  Example: "smith_wed1.pdf, smith_wed2.pdf"

Please include the presenters' name and day of the presentation in the subject line.
 

NOTE:

If you need to upload an updated file, please use RESEND, plus name and day in the subject area.

Technical Paper Presenters:      Deadline April 30th

Follow the link below to upload your file. If you are submitting both a Power Point file for your presentation and a technical paper (PDF format) for the proceedings, please make a note in the comments section letting us know that this is your intention.

Please name your file using the following naming convention -- lastname_presentation day*_abstract number.pdf (or .ppt). Example: "smith_wed_1274.ppt".

Please include the PRESENTER'S NAME & ABSTRACT NUMBER in the SUBJECT area so that we can be sure to properly track your presentations.

NOTE: The technical paper version (if desired) in PDF format and/or PowerPoint presentation (in .PPT format) must be submitted electronically at least one week prior to the conference (before April 30, 2010) via the presentation upload link.
